How We Work & Our Fees
At Arden & Isles, we operate as a true bespoke luxury travel advisory. We pride ourselves on absolute transparency in everything we do.
Planning a rewarding, logistically seamless journey across Asia requires an immense investment of time, meticulous coordination, and firsthand regional expertise. Because of this, we charge a flat, upfront planning fee. This fee directly compensates us for our time and the specialized knowledge required to plan, build, and manage your entire trip end-to-end, ensuring your only job is to arrive, be present, and enjoy the experience.
1. Short-Stay Journey (Up to 7 Nights)
Service Fee: US$ 850
Scope: Tailored for single-country exploration spanning 1 to 7 nights.
2. Extended Journey (7-13 Nights) or Multi-Country Journey (1-14 Nights)
Service Fee: US$ 1,000
Scope: Tailored for journeys spanning 7-13 nights within a single country, or any multi-country journey.
3. Grand Journeys (14+ Nights)
Service Fee: US$ 1,500
Scope: Tailored for immersive, long-form travel spanning 14 nights or more.
Group & Family Size Considerations
Our base fees cover up to 4 travelers. For larger families and groups, an additional $150 is applied per person to manage the increased logistical complexity.
Please Note: Children aged 5 or under are exempt from this additional fee.
Important Note on Your Investment:
This planning fee is strictly non-refundable and is collected upfront before we begin our research, route architecture, or booking process. It covers our professional consulting and management services only. All tangible trip components, including your luxury hotels, private transport, flights, and local guides, are paid for separately.
